December 14 - Session 1 - 8:30 to 12:15.  Join us for an interactive discussion of how to subdivide land parcels applying zoning criteria utilizing powerful design tools provided by AutoCAD Civil 3D.  Learn how to create and edit parcels, label parcels, insert right-of-ways, and other creative uses of parcels.  3.75 Credit Hours 

 

December 14 Session 2 - 1:15 to 5:00.  Join us for an interactive discussion of how to create and edit roadway cooridors in AutoCAD Civil 3D, creating and editing horizontal and vertical alignments,  creating a grading surface from a cooridor, comparing design parameters to the NCDOT Subdivision Design Manual.  3.75 Credit Hours 

 

December 15 - Session 3 - 8:30 to 12:15.  Join us for an interactive discussion of best practices for preparing plan/profile construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.  Learn how to update alignments in both plan and profile views, insert pipe networks into profile views, and add labels using styles.  3.75 Credit Hours 

 

December 15 -  Session 4 - 1:15 to 5:00.  Join us for an interactive discussion on best practices for grading planning, creating surfaces from survey data, creating data shortcuts, modifying and editing surfaces,  creating surface styles, labeling surfaces, and computing grading volumes  3.75 Credit Hours
